Promptly Preserved is a SaaS platform for storing, versioning, testing, and optimizing AI prompts. The Service includes free and paid tiers with varying feature access.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all prompts and data you store on the platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, or to interfere with the platform's operations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
